It was one of the resolutions for the new year.
The 49 days is about the first step towards a simple and healthy life.
This idea is proposed by Anon who is in effort to gain best body shape and supervised by Ayap as the dietitian as well as fashion adviser.
So, I really want to take part in this noble mission.
This was because I need a better lifestyle in order to live longer in this world.
Generally, this mission has 2 components as following;
a. Diet
b. Work-out
The diet proposed is really though as we try our best cut off our cholesterol.
Breakfast should consist only slices of bread or oats.
As for lunch, we can have regular meal as before but it must not too much.
Last but least, we should eat Nestle Fitness Cereal or oats.
They call them as dry diet.
Thumb up for that diet.
Personally, to be honest, it is hard to follow those diet when I'm at home!!
But, best of luck to us...
The next one is work-out.
We should go to gym every evening after the lectures.
Unfortunately, the gym is not available till now.
Then, I would find another alternative for myself which is jogging..maybe.
Before I put down my pen (not at all), I believe that the mission should be extended to a longer period instead of 1.5 months only.
BTW, 49 Days is a name of a Korean Drama.
The drama made me to cry more than 1 litre of tears..
